Workshop: The
introductory workshops are designed for
individuals new to PICmicro 8-bit RISC
MCUs or may be familiar with other
microcontroller architectures. The
individual should have the following
experience: Personal Computer basics,
Windows® 95 OS and
how-to-navigate basics, State
logic, i.e., mechanical (state, dynamic),
electrical (circuit-on, circuit-off),
conditional (if, then, etc.), Boolean
Algebra, Fundamental circuits (resistor,
capacitor, diode, biasing, loading),
Assembly language experience, MCU basics
(MCU experience helpful not
required), and have an Engineering degree
or equivalent experience. PICmicro
